The concept combines modern international student housing trends with the charm of Valencia’s maritime village.
It offers apartments with various layouts (1, 2, and 4 bedrooms), fully equipped with kitchens, comfortable beds, wardrobes, study areas, and private bathrooms.
The residence also includes co-living spaces with common study and leisure areas, laundry facilities, terraces, and additional services.
Metainvest and Bricka Real Estate manage this project, partnering with Inversiones Long Trust Madrid (METAINVEST) as the local constructor.
