Carlos Sanz, founder of METAINVEST, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in consulting.
Since arriving in Madrid in 2012, he’s developed a successful real estate career, starting with renovation projects and scaling up to larger developments.
Notable projects include a 5-story building in Valencia’s city center and REVI, a student housing project in El Cabanyal, Valencia, in partnership with Bricka Real Estate.
Carlos holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and has lived in Australia before settling in Madrid.
