Bricka Real Estate’s journey is characterized by its strategic expansion across international markets.

The company, led by CEO Italo Balbi, has grown from its founding in 2010 to become a developer of residential, commercial, and office projects across South America, Europe, and the United States.

Here is a timeline highlighting Bricka Real Estate’s most important milestones

2010: Founding of BRICKA REAL ESTATE: The company was officially founded.

2011: Mirano Inmobiliaria, a construction company with years of experience in the Peruvian market, was founded.

2013 – 2023: Expansion into Peru, Lima: Italo Balbi began real estate development activities in Lima, Peru.

May 2013: Bricka launched its first residential project, Robles 2643, in Lima, Peru. This project achieved a 27% net profitability by its liquidation in April 2016.

July 2014: The second residential project, Pasteur 1297 in Lima, commenced, achieving a 65% profitability by its liquidation in December 2016.

April 2016 – March 2019: Robles 2697, located next to their first project, was completed, encompassing approximately 30 apartments and yielding a 34% profitability.

2016-2023: Bricka JV together with Mirano completed 8 residential projects at an incredibly fast pace in only 7 years. With a total of 10 projects in the same neighborhood within the District of Lince (which later was named “Linsidro” due to its proximity to San Isidro, blending “Lince” and “San Isidro” into a single term), Mirano and Bricka became the leaders of that area of the city.

2013: Founding of Inversiones Long Trust / Metainvest

2019 – 2022: Entry into Europe, Valencia, Spain: Bricka initiated development in Valencia, Spain.

2020 – Present: Expansion into the United States, Miami, Florida: Bricka officially landed in the US Real Estate business.

Overall Achievements (Cumulative)

BRICKA has successfully developed and constructed over 800 apartments in more than 13 buildings. These projects span 4 countries: USA, Spain, Peru, and Venezuela.

The overall sell out value of all projects of Bricka is more than $250 million dollars.

With a broad and deep investor base, since its inception, Bricka has consistently delivered strong financial returns to its investors and stakeholders.

Italo Balbi BRICKA’s CEO

BRICKA’s CEO, Italo Balbi, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in major cities like Miami (USA), Lima (Peru), Valencia (Spain), and Caracas (Venezuela).

He has successfully executed numerous full-cycle development projects, encompassing all phases from land acquisition and entitlement to groundbreaking, construction, and sales, ultimately delivering high-yield returns to investors through timely capital recapture.

Babson MBA (magna cumlaude), University of Oklahoma – Industrial Engineering (scholarship). He also practices kitesurfing and has a music band.

Partner BLOK Group, LLC. He has over 24 years of experience in developing commercial real estate. He was a Senior Project Director for the Related Group of Florida, realizing over 2,800 units in development in the SouthFlorida with Institutional, Private Family Offices, and High Wealth Investors. He founded BLOK in 2003, and has led the firm in acquiring, developing, and managing several hundred units in Florida and Texas. Furthermore, BLOK led Rilea Group’s development division acquiring sites and obtaining land use and zoning modifications for 974 multi-family units in South Florida. Gaston Corradi – Corradi Construction Group COO

2008-present Gaston Corradi is the Chief Operating Officer of Corradi Construction Group, LLC. He has 15 years of experience in the construction of commercial and residential real estate. He joined the 31-year family established business in 2005 and has led a 25-person team overseeing the construction of over 200 million in construction value. He and his team are responsible for delivering over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate assets in South Florida on budget and in a timely manner. Jesse Ottley

Jesse Ottley has his finger on the pulse of Miami & South Florida real estate, and he has the track record to prove it. Since July 2012, Jesse has been a vital member of the Cervera team as the President of Development Sales. Under his leadership, the department has successfully listed over 20 new development projects, representing over 2 billion dollars in inventory. A native of Australia, Jesse moved to South Florida in 2000 after living in San Francisco and Venezuela. His Spanish language skills and cultural understanding allow him to travel fluidly and comfortably between American and Latin markets.
